A taxi from Hobart City to the Domain Athletics Centre will cost around $8-$10 and will only take 3-5 minutes.
Hobart also has an extensive Uber network. You will need to install an app on your phone along with payment method to use this service.
You can walk to the Athletics Centre from the city in about 25-30 minutes, however it is worth noting that it will not be a flat easy stroll!

The journey is approximately 2.5km (36 minutes) with a total ascent 98m.
While you can travel from the South (Hobart) to Launceston in about 2.5 hours the joy is often in the journey. There are five drive journeys to follow that will help you discover parts of Tasmania that are hidden away from the general traffic routes.
