Entry Lists are current as at 27 March 2024 and will only change in the case of withdrawals.

Important Notes

  1. The timetable has now been finalised and we have done our best to facilitate all clash requests.
  2. Sign in will only be required for the following events;
    -- 60m W55, M60, M50
    -- 100m W45, W50, W60, M45, M50, M60
    -- 200m W40, W45, W50, W55, W60, M40, M45, M50, M55, M60, M70
    -- 400m W40, M40, M50, M55, M60
    -- 800m W50-59, W60, M50, M55, M60
    -- Short Hurdles All Age groups
    -- Long Hurdles All Age groups.
  3. Sign in sheets will be available at the rear of the Administration building from 3pm the day before the event until 1 hour before the advertised starting time of the first round of the event. There will be no late sign in
  4. Where heats are no longer required, the final will be held at the programmed final time.
  5. Where timed finals are held (60m, 400m) the structure of the races (size, order, etc) will be totally at the discretion of the event technical delegate. 800m races with more than 12 starters may use the curved start. (Note that timed finals are being used for 60m due to the closeness to the 100m, to avoid athletes having 4 races in one session)
  6. Should an athlete achieve a performance between now and Sunday 24 March in a legitimate competition, which they feel may affect their placing in a timed final, they may email the event director with the performance, and a link to the event results, and it may be updated.
  7. Should anything occur where you decide to withdraw, either from one or more events, or from the entire competition, it would greatly assist organisers if you could email us and advise us, as it may affct the competition structure and timings for other athletes.
  8. Any enquiries in relation to track events, or to advise of withdrawals can be directed to
    [email protected]. Any enquiries specifically relating to field events and pentathlons can be directed to [email protected], or, if you are uncertain, email both, and we will sort it out.
  9. Information in relation to checking in of field implements is now available on the website.
