Volunteers are
absolutely vital to making this event function. If you have some spare time, please consider volunteering to help us deliver an amazing experience for everyone attending.
- Every year at Nationals over 120 volunteers and officials pour onto the athletics track in the early hours of each day to ensure every athlete has the best possible experience at their event. We could not deliver this 4 day event without them and their incredible drive and passion!
- All officials who volunteer at least 1 full day or 2 half days will receive a special OFFICIAL shirt to wear and keep.
- All non-official volunteers who volunteer at least 1 full day or 2 half days will receive a special VOLUNTEER shirt to wear and keep.
- Little Athletics Clubs who provide officials or volunteers will receive a donation to their Club.
- We require volunteers over all 4 days of competition.

When you register for AMA Hobart 2024, you will be asked if you are willing to volunteer - at this point you can select the morning/afternoon sessions that you will be available. We will contact you once the link to Sign-Up becomes active.
